사회가 발전되어짐에 따라 서로의 소통의 고리가 사라져 간다. 그 소통의 고리를 부평광역우체국을 통하여 연결지어주고자 하였다. 오픈된 짙입광장을 계획하여 고객의 인지성 및 접근성을 부각하였다. 소포물류센터와 우체국을 별동으로 처리하여 소포물류센터의 독립성, 보완성을 확보하였고, 수직중축 시 상호 영향을 최소화하였다. 업무시설을 남향으로 계획하여 쾌적한 업무환경을 마련하였다.
As society develops communication with one another continue to diminish. Bupyeong Post Offices strives to relink communication. Bupyeong Post Offices strives to relink communication. The open entrance plaza enhances legibility and approach of the building. The logistics center and post office were zoned separately for functionality, security, and minimal impact for future expansions. And the office facilities were placed in the south to obtain natural sunlight for a comfortable office environment.
