이어가 수면위에서 무한 순환하는 형태를 띄며, 서로 다른 레져 아이템들의 특성을 유지시키기 위하여 각각의 공간별 조닝과 BUFFER ZONE을 감안한 시설배치를 기본으로 디자인 하였다. 태양열전지판을 부착한 지붕구조물은 자체적인 에너지조달 외에도 낮 시간 동안 강력한 자외선으로부터 SHELTER가 되어주는 기능을 겸비한 다기능성 구조물이다.
In order to overcome to constraints of limited space and circulation path, the facility was divided into two horizontal layers that are interconnected. The basic design strategy was to place buffer zones between each zones. The solar panels were placed in the roofs not only for energy production but also to shelter the facilities from the sun.
한정된 육상공간과 그에 따라 제한된 행태들은 더이상 한계로 인식되지 않는다. 이상기온에 따른 해수면상승이나 점점 더 과밀해지는 도심은 미래의 거주 영역에 대한 경각심을 불러 일으켰으며 그에 대응할 수 있는 이른바 플로팅기술이 최근 이슈가 되고 있다. 따라서 다양한 접근이 실질적으로 제안되고 또 이루어지고 있으며 그동안 불모지였다고 해도 과언이 아닌 수, 해양공간에 대한 개발은 최근 새로운 전환기를 맞이하게 되었다.
우리는 낚시, 수영, 스파, 야외파티, 요트 세일링 등 서로 다른 개성을 가진 아이템들이 하나로 융합된 신 개념의 플로팅공간을 제안하였다. 이러한 시도는 주 5일 근무와 더불어 해양 레포츠문화에 관심이 늘어나는 요즘 가족단위의 여가생활에 기여할 수 있는 시설을 확충하여 지방자치단체의 관광수익모델로 자리매김함과 동시에 종래에 없던 새로운 레져 문화를 창출하여 해양강국으로서 제조, 공업적인측면 외에도 문화적인 측면의 균형발전을 유도할 수 있다는 가능성을 염두 해두고 있다.
The constraints of land area and form restrictions are not longer a recognized as limitations. The floating technology is the new alternative solution as cities become more congested and sea level continues to rise due to global warming. Various approaches for floating architecture are not only being proposed but also constructed, and the water surface that was once viewed as wastelands are becoming the sites for a new era of floating developments.
We proposed a new type of floating space that combines all kind of water activities such as fishing, swimming, spa and outdoor spaces, yachting. This new facility was created for families that want to fully enjoy waterfront lifestyle. As the working week was official changed from six days to five days a week more time and energy is spent on leisure, this has also triggered a greater demand for the development of leisure facilities.
